WISDOM TOOTH SUCKS
& WISDOM
TEETH SUCKS EVEN MORE!
Here's the story:
A couple of days ago, i went to have my wisdom tooth checked. It was quite painful as it was sticking into the gums that r opposite of it. So fine, i finally had time to check it out.
TO MY HORROR,
the dentist announced to me that "(congratulations,) you have wisdom TEETH!"
I was completely stunned.
One wisdom tooth is enuff and thrs like a SECOND ONE?!?!?!
Couldnt imagine any worse, but the doc said that since the second one wasnt causing much disturbances except tht it keeps trapping food, i just have to have proper oral hygiene.
FINE.
That said, i still have the annoying tooth stuck thr. & the doc gave me a refferal letter for me to bring to Singapore Dental Center for a consultation. My appointment will be tomorrow.
I really wanted to get rid of that tooth but then, on second thoughts, i was afraid of the side-effects? It was real scary coz my mum said the doc wil have to inject you with local anaesthetics and then OPERATE on me. What's even worse is that my face will swell for the next couple of days after extraction. MAN. This is totally disturbing!!! ARRGH.
So, i still have no idea coz i have two choices - leave it or remove it. Anyway, tmr is the consultation so i'll check it out, & hope that the dentist there will be kind n sweet enuff to reassure me if thrs really a need to extract out my tooth.
HEY. If anyone has ever extracted wisdom teeth be4, LET ME NOE!!! Tell me how u felt during n after the operation.
