IT'S AMAZING CULTURAL RACE 2007!!!!!
WHAT A WONDERFUL DAY I HAD! Together with Cheryl, YongHong and Jonathan WE CAME IN 2nd!!! WOOTS!
Damn happy and we won $100cash! YAY. WE DID 07S28 PROUD! =)
WE sweat alot and ran alot. From the start of the race, we were almost sprinting and sprinting. OH GAWD.
And, we panted like dogs.
But, it's worth it!
We visited numerous places in the town area but mostly they are some traditional/religious buildings. It's good to have people with good knowledge of the area we were at. It makes finding alot easier and faster!
Now, cheryl and i has got developed some phobia with stairs. LOL. IMAGINE running TWO trips to and fro LAKESIDE MRT from Jurong Spring CC and JJC respectively. GAWD~ Nvr m i gonna be late on schooldays and still chose to walk to school. I think i wuld be dead by the road even be4 reaching. It's damn far and tiring when u have to run to JJC after so much running have been done during the race. OMG
However, if i chose to look at the other perspective i totally like AMAZING-RACE style kind of game. IT BURNS FAT!!! N i think, just for today(only), total input is LESSER than TOTAL OUTPUT which means tht weight will drop. BUT THT IS IF it happens over prolong periods..HMM..maybe everyday i can find some AMAZING RACE TO JOIN? LOL.
Anyway, it's still an EYE-OPENER for me considering tht i seldom wander around places aimlessly and thus unlikely to end up in temples and church. AND, i am so proud of myself. I solve the first clue, i had enuff courage to just chiong with a route tht i m nt familiar with and FOUND THE FIRST STATION! But, tht's just bout it. LOL. After tht, we all went to solve clues gather answers from people and tht = to alot of RUNNING! LOL.
By the way, the first clue tht i found on the map was actualy some chinese temple WHICH WAS NEAR A CARPARK NAME AFTER A SHOE! WTH. VRY LAME RITE? LOL. We kept searching on the map coz we realy dunno how to even locate tht temple so we search for the carpark first..FINALLY I FOUND IT AND GUESS WAT?!?! The name of the carpark is GOLDEN SHOE CARPARK. DIAO~~~~ We all thot was some converse or nike or wateva..=______________= But at least we found it and we reached the destination shortly! YAY.
SO this was bout it, we chiong back to JJ and had refreshments with SUPER NICE SAMOSA and delicious beehoon. YAY. Then we rotted,chatted and camwhore after tht. PICS will be posted up when YH is online. LOL. Jon, JJ and YH are now at the soon-to-be demolished NATIONAL STADIUM watching Singapore vs. Australia. I dun have the latest update but from wat i last seen, it was Sg: 0 to Aus: 3. OMG!! GO SINGAPORE!! LOL.
After the whole event ended, cheryl and i went to LOT1 and shopped around. For no obvious reasons, we keep hearing "jj...jj leh...it's jj." here and thr....sort of puzzling. =\ LOL. Anyway, i just have fun shoping with her. LOL.
Went home after tht and life stops thr. It's too boring to cont so yea, goodnite.=)
